• Other:- Outdoor beach shower. Coffee machine. Dog Ok, but note no fenced yard. Ducted air cond. Some ceiling fans. Floors are polished boards and bedrooms have carpet. NO SMOKING ON PREMISES.
• Conditions:- No parties,weddings,functions,caterers. This home is for personal use by occupants only. At no time are there to be more than 12 persons on the premises. Undertaking to be signed on key collection. Bond of $2,000 (Credit card details may be left).

• Please Note - Current prices are valid until 31 January. New pricing applies from 1 February each year. Advanced bookings are charged at the new rates.

• Minimum 2 night stay throughout the year except Peak periods which are weekly. Long-weekend - 3 night minimum.

• Prices quoted are Australian Dollars per Week/night .. Credit Card facilities available.

• ALL BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO OWNER CONFIRMATION

• All houses have fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms - some have dishwashers and microwaves as specified.

• Please note: any breakages must be paid for by tenant.

• Bring own linen-towels and paper goods unless otherwise advised. Please double check upon booking.
