• Amenities:- 2 Bathrooms with Bath and Shower, 2 Toilets.
• Laundry:- Washer and Dryer.
• Kitchen:- Microwave and Dishwasher.
• Entertainment:- 2 Televisions with Foxtel, 2 DVD Players, (Note TV, DVD in each house.) + ipod connection.
• Climate Control:- Ceiling Fans, Fires - Combustion fire in 1/1 only. .
• Outdoors:- BBQ - gas for each house, Decks - Central courtyard.
• Children:- OK
• Pets:- No Pets Allowed.
• Other:- Opp. beach/playground. Outdoor furn. Note each house has one bathroom with one toilet. Bath and shower in front unit, shower only in back unit. Hair dryers in each unit.
• Conditions:- No Parties,weddings,functions,caterers. This home is for personal use by occupants only. At no time are there to be more than 10 persons on the premises. Undertaking to be signed on key collection. Bond-$500 (Credit card details may be left).

• Please Note - Current prices are valid until 31 January. New pricing applies from 1 February each year. Advanced bookings are charged at the new rates.

• Minimum 2 night stay throughout the year except Peak periods which are weekly. Long-weekend - 3 night minimum.

• Prices quoted are Australian Dollars per Week/night .. Credit Card facilities available.

• ALL BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO OWNER CONFIRMATION

• All houses have fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms - some have dishwashers and microwaves as specified.

• Please note: any breakages must be paid for by tenant.

• Bring own linen-towels and paper goods unless otherwise advised. Please double check upon booking.

• NO PETS are allowed unless otherwise stated and then only Small Dogs. If you bring a pet of any description to a 'NO PETS' house you will be asked to leave. Click Here for a list of Dog-friendly houses.
