• Outdoors:- BBQ - webber gas, Decks - Private deck at front.
• Children:- OK
• Pets:- No Pets Allowed.
• Other:- Note the main house has one bedroom and one bathroom. A separate building with two bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathrooms, off the deck at the back. Laundry with outside toilet. Covered car space. Private back yard.
• Conditions:- No Parties,weddings,functions,caterers. This home is for personal use by occupants only. At no time are there to be more than 8 persons on the premises. Undertaking to be signed on key collection. Bond-$1000 (Credit card details may be left).

General Conditions.

• Please Note - Current prices are valid until 31 January. New pricing applies from 1 February each year. Advanced bookings are charged at the new rates.

• Minimum 2 night stay throughout the year except Peak periods which are weekly. Long-weekend - 3 night minimum.

• Prices quoted are Australian Dollars per Week/night .. Credit Card facilities available.

• ALL BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO OWNER CONFIRMATION

• All houses have fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms - some have dishwashers and microwaves as specified.

• Please note: any breakages must be paid for by tenant.

• Bring own linen-towels and paper goods unless otherwise advised. Please double check upon booking.

• NO PETS are allowed unless otherwise stated and then only Small Dogs. If you bring a pet of any description to a 'NO PETS' house you will be asked to leave. Click Here for a list of Dog-friendly houses.
