  • Conditions:- No Parties,weddings,functions,caterers. This home is for personal use by occupants only. At no time are there to be more than 7 persons on the premises. Undertaking to be signed on key collection. Bond-$500 (Credit card details may be left). NO SMOKING.

  • Prices quoted are Australian Dollars per Week/night .. Credit Card facilities available.

  • ALL BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO OWNER CONFIRMATION

  • All houses have fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms - some have dishwashers and microwaves as specified.

  • Please note: any breakages must be paid for by tenant.

  • Bring own linen-towels and paper goods unless otherwise advised. Please double check upon booking.

  • NO PETS are allowed unless otherwise stated and then only Small Dogs. If you bring a pet of any description to a 'NO PETS' house you will be asked to leave. Click Here for a list of Dog-friendly houses.
