Ray White Pearl Beach offers superior and
professional service in both Sales and Property Management of both
holiday houses and investment properties.
Ray White Pearl Beach primarily services Pearl
Beach and Patonga as well as selected fine properties in both Umina
Beach and Ettalong.
The current owners of Ray White Pearl Beach
purchased the business in July 2000 and have since grown to where it
is today. They joined the dynamic Ray White network in 2008, prior to
this they traded as Pearl Beach Real Estate.
The principal, Michael Sheppard, has lived in, and
owned property in, Pearl Beach for many years and therefore is
available to provide quality service at short notice.

The office is open 7 days a week:
Monday – Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
Saturday 10.00 am – 4.00 pm
Sunday 12.00 noon – 4.00 pm

Staff Profiles
Michael Sheppard - Principal and Licensee
Michael has been working in Real Estate for in excess of 10 years.
Prior to owning what is now Ray White Pearl Beach he worked as a sales
agent on Sydney’s upper north shore. He gained his Real Estate
License in 2001 and is a director of the company.
Judy Thompson - Senior Property Manager
Judy has worked in the business for nearly 10 years and during that
time has managed the ever increasing rent roll. She offers our owners
a high level of customer service by providing them with many services
that are unique to Ray White Pearl Beach.
Rosie Lorig - Property Manager
Rosie has worked at Ray White Pearl Beach for over 5 years and is
responsible for both the holiday and permanent rentals. She has had a
wide experience in the real estate industry working in many roles and
brings a great deal of knowledge to the company.
Peter Martin - Company Administrator and
Director
Peter has been a director and the administrator of the company since
its purchase in 2000. Whilst he also holds a high level position in
the I. T. field, he is currently completing his Diploma of Bus. so
that he can attain his Real Estate Agents License.
